Looking after it
Cold water, 30 degrees or below, hand wash or a gentle machine cycle in a mesh bag. Use a detergent with no enzymes and no bleach. Air dry out of direct sun and keep it out of the dryer. Iron on the lowest setting, on the reverse, if you iron it at all.

This is one flat sheet, not a set and not a fitted sheet. It is the piece that goes between you and the duvet, which is where a silk sheet actually earns its keep.
At 19 momme it is lighter than the 22 momme pillowcases, which is deliberate: a sheet at 22 momme is heavy enough to feel like it is holding you down.
Two sizes, both cut for a UK bed. UK King is 240 cm by 240 cm and UK Super King is 240 cm by 270 cm; the width is the same and the extra is length.
If you want the whole bed dressed rather than one layer, the satin sheet sets on this site come in four and six pieces at a fraction of the price, and they are polyester rather than silk.
A silk flat sheet is the layer you actually touch all night, which is why it is the piece worth buying in silk first if you are only buying one.
Momme is how silk is weighed rather than counted, because the thread is too fine for a useful thread count. At 19 momme this sheet is substantial without being heavy. The pillowcases on this site are 22 momme, which suits a smaller piece that takes more direct wear.
It is a flat sheet. There are no fitted corners, so it will not grip a mattress, and that is the design rather than an omission.
Wash it cold with an enzyme-free detergent, keep it out of the dryer and dry it in the shade. Silk at this weight lasts years if you do that and noticeably less if you do not.
