Looking after it
Cold water, 30 degrees or below, hand wash or a gentle machine cycle in a mesh bag. Use a detergent with no enzymes and no bleach. Air dry out of direct sun and keep it out of the dryer. Iron on the lowest setting, on the reverse, if you iron it at all.

A sleep cap in the same silk as the pillowcases, for people who would rather wrap the hair than change the bedding.
A silk bonnet does the same job as a silk pillowcase and does it whichever way you turn in the night. That is the whole argument for it.
One size, held by an elastic band. It is not adjustable, so if you have a lot of hair to get inside it, that is worth knowing before you order.
The same 22 momme mulberry silk as the pillowcases, so it behaves the same way against hair.
It will not grow hair and it will not repair it. What it does is give hair a smoother surface to move against than cotton, and we would rather say that plainly than sell it on anything else.
The case for a bonnet over a pillowcase is coverage. A pillowcase only helps where your head is; a bonnet travels with you.
The case against it is that some people cannot sleep in one, and there is no way to know which you are until you try. It is cheap enough to find out.
