Tracked delivery anywhere in the UK. Free on orders of £60 or more; below that Standard Delivery costs £22. Express is a £22 paid upgrade on any order. Allow 5 to 7 days, after a 24 to 48 hour handling time. We ship within the UK only, and every price includes VAT.
You have 15 days from purchase to change your mind on an unused item in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. That sits on top of the 14 day right to cancel that UK law gives you on anything bought online. On a cancellation you pay only the direct cost of sending the goods back. Refunds are processed 24 to 48 hours after we receive the item.
If it arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we put it right at no cost to you under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, return postage included. Those guarantees cannot be excluded and nothing on this page limits them; where the failure is major the choice between a refund, a replacement and a repair is yours.

This is a SERVICE, not a product. It adds embroidery to a pillowcase you are buying in the same order. On its own it does nothing, and if you order it alone we will contact you rather than ship you an empty box.

It adds 2 to 3 days before dispatch, because it is stitched after you order.
CHECK YOUR SPELLING BEFORE YOU ORDER. A correctly stitched misspelling is the one thing nobody can put right, and it is the only item on this site that does not carry a change-of-mind return.
A personalised item is made to your specification, so the 14 day right to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply to it. Every other product on this site grants that right in full; this one cannot.
That is a legal position, not a policy we chose, and it is separate from faults. If the embroidery is faulty, or if we stitch it wrong, that is ours to put right and we will.
What it does not cover is a spelling you gave us and we stitched correctly. Please read it back before you order.
The pillowcase itself is bought separately and returns on its own terms, as long as it has not been embroidered.
